Proceedings from the SAFO-workshop

In early September 2003, the first workshop in the SAFO-network was held in Florence, Italy. The workshop focused on socio-economic aspects of organic animal production. A full proceeding from the workshop is now available from the project homepage

Papers on co-existence

The proceedings from the “First European Conference on Co-existence of Genetically Modified Crops

with Conventional and Organic Crops”, which were held in November, is now available on the conference homepage.

Biannual Danish conference on organic farming

Every second year the Danish organisations within organic farming hold a joint conference. The conference will take place November 16. - 17. 2004 in Odense. A new feature on the conference homepage is the possibility for making on-line suggestions on the themes of the conference.

Symposium on Ruminant Physiology

August 30 to September 4 an International Symposium on Ruminant Physiology is held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Symposium is the 10th in a series of meetings that started in 1960 in Nottingham, England. The topics of the meetings have through the years dealt with pertinent topics related to ruminant digestion and physiology. The meeting in Copenhagen will be true to that tradition. New design for Organic Eprints
	The Internet archives Organic Eprints has had a new design. However the content is still same, namely research publications on organic farming. The archives, which are now operated in collaboration with Fibl and okolandbau, contain more than a thousand publications.
